    • Sorry Bruce. We do not have permits to camp at Rotary Park.
Looks Like it’s motel hunting time.
Or you can go 10 min down Yankee Line and camp at Emily Provincial Park.

Question Ted…going in the 2 day tournys do you have to pay for both or are they divided..What I mean is can you pay upfront for 1 day and if the fishing is going well, can you then pay cash for the 2nd day on that day..Just getting over my 4th foot surgery and will be makin the tri-lakes also where will the main dock be in the tri-lakes derby..?

    • Bruce, all TOP BASS Fishing Series Qualifying events are single day events.
The Rice Lake and Tri-Lakes events are considered “Single Day Events”.
You can fish Saturday or Sunday or both days. Your weight from Saturday does not carry over to Sunday’s weight.
As far as I know right now, the Tri-Lakes registration & weigh in location will be in the park on the West side of the causeway at Bridgenorth.
If you wish, you can show up the day of each event and pay at that time. You do not need to pay in advance.

    Hey Ted …Just a quick question..Do the 2 day tourny’s
count as 2 qualifires or 1..reason is have to have 1 more surgery on my f@#%king feet and still want to qualify for the Classic I’ll miss the first 2 tourny’s..Bruce

    • Great question Bruce.

No, the Rice Lake and the Tri-Lakes events are seperate events on each day.
Your weight from Saturday “will not” carry over to Sunday on those events.

If your weekends are limited, you can do the Rice Lake and the Tri-Lakes weekends and you will have your minimum 4 qualifyers completed. Your weight for those 4 days would still have to be in the Top 75 to make it to the Classic.

      Thanks for your question,

hi looking at boat rules and dont see any hp restrictions and as I only have a 40 hp dont know as i would be competitive as someone with a faster boat , say 100 plus hp . ? are there differant divisions thankyou reg

    February 10, 2012
    • Regan,
There are no HP restrictions in TOP BASS events. We do have a few boats that compete with as low as 15hp motors.
Even with a smaller motor you can still be very cometative.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.

Hey guys great job on the site. I was wondering if there was a 2012 schedule out yet?

    November 13, 2011
    • Hey Steve, Thanks.
The 2012 Schedule is being worked on. We are hopping to make the dates public in the next few days.
The locations won’t be published until the site locations have been booked and confirmed by the management of the locations. This way the schedule won’t have to be changed later if a location is already booked.

hey guys! Myself and my partner are planning on fishing next seasons schedule, in all the rules and about on the website i can’t find the price per event? Plus any other approximate cost? any additional info would also be greatly appreciated.

    October 12, 2011
    • Hi Trent,
The past couple of seasons the entry fee has been $200 per team per event (except for the classic which qualifying teams are required to pay $130 to compete) plus any applicable taxes. There is also a one time per team per season fee of under $10 at your first event to cover administration fees.
There is also a “Lunker Pool” fee of $20 per team per event which is put on by the anglers (you can pay this fee at registration in the morning) and is your choice as to weather or not you wish to participate in the “Lunker Pool”.
All other costs, such as ramp fees, gas, or any other costs are strictly up to the competitors to take care of themselves.

Thanks for you question and please feel free to contact us for any other information you need.
We hope to see you and your partner out there in the 2012 season.

Our intention is to keep things as simple as possible on the site, but we also plan to provide the anglers with as much information about the TOP BASS SERIES as possible.
      See you Sunday.
